It is a validated, fully operational Digital Innovation Hub of European Commission, focusing in the area of South and Eastern Europe.
As part of a public university, ESDALAB DIH has strong contacts to the network of European universities, but also to the local ecosystem of Greece and the Balkans.
DIH Orientation.
ESDALAB DIH is coordinating an extensive network of DIHs spanning across South and Eastern Europe, through which it offers funding opportunities and supports multi-partner cooperation between organizations with complementary experience. It also offers novel services to companies, especially SMEs (including Start-ups) & Slightly Bigger Companies, to support their digital transformation.
The main goal of the hub is to provide local and European SMEs & Slightly Bigger Companies support towards their digital transformation and innovation by:
- Enhancing their Digital Skills
- Providing know-how on state-of-the-art technologies related to Internet-of-Things and Cyberphysical systems
- Technology transfer, that will allow them to enter the digital era through novel services and coaching that will strengthen their position, both in the regional and the global market
- Identifying and supporting cross domain business opportunities
