SMART4ALL has selectedthe 4 winners in the context of the 2^nd Focused Technology Transfer Experiments(FTTE) Open Call! Each winning consortium composed by two different industrialand academic partners from two different European countries, will receive 80.000€ funding for the transfer of a specific SW or HW technology between thepartners  in order to enable improvedproduct or processes in the areas of Digitized Agriculture, DigitizedEnvironment, Digitized Transport and Digitized Anything.

Cross-domain Technology Transfer Experiments(CTTE) are novel short-term (9 months) experiments that will give theopportunity to form cross-border synergies, accelerate product orient projectsand offer guidance towards successful commercialization.

SMART4ALL welcomed all 17 winners of the 2^ndKTE Open Call in two online meetings, which were held on 16 and 21^stof September. The Head of the Mentoring Committee and moderator of the event, FlorianFricke and the technical manager of the project, Christos Antonopoulos, presentedthe organizational structure of SMART4ALL, emphasizing on the keyresponsibilities of consortia during the funding period and the phases anddeliverables till the experiments’ execution.

A successful specialsession and the first SMART4ALL pitching event were held on 24^thSeptember in the context of the 6^th SEEDA-CECNSM 2021, which was jointly organized by the Department of Electrical & ComputerEngineering, University of Western Macedonia, Greece and the Departments of Informatics &Telecommunications and Accounting & Finance, University of Ioannina and technically co-sponsored by the IEEEComputational Intelligence Society.

The SMART4ALL projectparticipates in the 85^th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) on11-19^th of September giving the opportunity to all stakeholders tobe informed about its extensive network of Digital Innovation Hubs and itsservices for boosting technology and business development in South, Eastern andCentral Europe.

SMART4ALL has selected the 17 winners in its 2nd Knowledge Transfer Experiments (KTE) Open Call! Each consortium composed by two different industrial and academic partners from two different European countries, will receive 8.000 € funding as internship for presenting and testing novel small projects in the areas of Digitized Agriculture, Digitized Environment, Digitized Transport and Digitized Anything.
